Phoebe Lin is a Canadian makeup and hair artist currently based out of Tokyo, Japan.
Phoebe graduated from the renowned school, Complections College of Makeup Art and Design in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, where she was trained in fashion photography, film/tv, and theatre makeup as well as prosthetic and creature design.
Currently, Phoebe is residing and freelancing in Tokyo, Japan, mainly in film/tv work and with talent clientele.
Phoebe has worked with figures such as Rupi Kaur (New York Times best-selling author), Indya Moore (Actress, activist), Becky (Japanese talent), TeddyLoid (DJ/Producer), among others.
