Phoebe Lin is a Canadian makeup and hair artist based in Tokyo and represented by Panic Ball Management.

She graduated from the renowned Canadian makeup school CMU College of Makeup Art & Design in 2013, where she trained in fashion and beauty makeup,TV and film, theatre, special effects, and creature design.

Based in Tokyo since 2018, Phoebe focuses on projects that explore fashion, pop culture, and bold uses of color, working across both commercial and narrative productions. With a strong eye for detail and bilingual ability, she thrives in Tokyo's international creative environment, collaborating with crews from around the world.

Her favorite projects are the ones where she gets to fully build out a character, and she's known on set for her collaborative spirit and the good energy she brings to every job. Outside of work, she catches live shows and concerts whenever she can and goes home to her cat.
